DeepMBEnzy is offered to the public as a freely available resource.
Use and re-distribution of the data, in whole or in part, for commercial purposes requires explicit permission of the authors and explicit acknowledgment of the source material and the original publication.
We are not responsible for any damages caused by unreasonable use of the service.
We ask that users who download significant portions of the database cite the paper in any resulting publications.

We recommend using Google Chrome. You can also use the latest version of other browsers.
In addition, the screen resolution should be 1920px*1080px, and the system and browser scaling should be 100%, otherwise there may be potential web layout problems.
First of all, it is recommended to check your input information according to the user guide.
If you confirm that the information entered is correct, it is indeed because no suitable enzyme was found in the database.

Currently, there are 2258 proteins in our database that are indeed not predicted in AlphaFold DB, and we will continue to monitor updates to the AlphaFold database.
